FAQ
01
Do you offer balloon styling as a stand-alone service?
Absolutely! We do offer our balloon creations as a stand-alone service. However, the cost of this service decreases if it is booked along with our complete decor packages.
02
How to book?
The first step to magically transform your celebration with balloons is booking your date!
We require full payment at the moment of booking. You will receive an online invoice in your email, which can be paid with a credit card or e-transfer.
We recommend booking as soon as you are ready to do so; please keep in mind that COVID-19 is responsible for shortage in some supplies, including balloons, and delays in orders, shipping, and deliveries, so the sooner you book, the better! We work in advance to secure the acquisition of any specialty balloons, foil balloons, or specific colors we might not have in stock at the moment, and time plays a critical factor in that equation, especially during this pandemic.
Please be advised that we work on a first-come, first-served basis, which means that, in order to secure your date, you must pay the invoice. Otherwise, you are not booked, and the spot can be granted to another interested party.
03
What is the damage deposit?
A damage deposit is a 100% refundable fee charged
on your invoice at the moment of booking, and is subject to deduction for the cost of fixing any damage or loss to the rental items.
04
Do you accept last minute balloon orders?
We are willing to accommodate last-minute orders based on availability, time of the event, location, balloon colors, and installation size. If we are fully booked, we will not be able to do so; if we are available, we will be willing to discuss and try to find a way to accommodate your request.

However, we strongly encourage you to book in advance to secure your spot and guarantee that the colors and theme you are looking for are in stock.
05
Are your balloons for outdoor or indoor display?
Keeping the bouquets indoors at a convenient temperature will allow them to last several weeks. Extreme temperatures will cause it to pop, damage,
or oxidize.
06
Can balloons pop ?
After the balloons have been delivered, we are not responsible, as we do not know what happens with
the balloons after we leave. We perform an extensive quality check of our balloons to ensure we do not have defective balloons with our finished products.
