Cancellation and change deadlines
To receive a full refund, all orders must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued if you cancel your order within one week of the requested pickup/delivery date.
For orders under $300, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your time. Please note that 25% of this payment is non-refundable, as we have reserved your date and cannot accept other bookings.
For orders over $300, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. If you cancel your order with more than 14 days notice, you will be eligible for a refund. However, there are no refunds for cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice, and full payment will be due.
