Please be aware of the following payment information. Full payment is required at the time of booking. However, for bookings over $300, you have the option to pay a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event. Payment must be made within 24 hours to secure your reservation. In such cases, please contact us again to confirm if your requested date and time are still available.

Please be aware that bad weather conditions may affect the quality of the balloons. In high temperatures, they may pop, and when exposed to direct sunlight, they may oxidize. In such cases, the helium balloon's float time will be significantly reduced.

Also, please be advised that outdoor installations come with an additional 20% charge on the base price.
