You can select the number you want to put on top of the balloon column and choose from rose gold, gold, black, or silver colors. When you reach the cart page, specify the colors you want for the balloon column. You can pick up to 5 colors!
 
We also offer optional full set-up  so that you don't have to worry about a thing! 
Set-up is not included is a $100 fee.
